My daughter has just hit that age where she loves dolls and babies and also loves ‘swimming’ in the bath. So, when I was asked if we would like to review the Bloopies Baths Doll from IMC Toys it was an easy yes.

Find out what my three year old thought of the new bloopies bath doll range ...

Bloopies Bath Dolls come in 6 different characters, all with their own unique swimsuit and matching flippers and snorkel mask. When you hold them under water and press their tummy they can squirt water out of their snorkel and blow bubbles.

We received Bloopies Sweety and from the moment L clapped eyes on her she was in love and immediately declared her her baby and carried her everywhere. She enjoyed taking her mask on and off depending what game she was playing but was quite disappointed the flippers wouldn’t come off.

These dolls are designed to be played with in the bath though and that’s where they really come into their own.

I’ve found that a lot of bath toys that require a button to be pressed or need to be squeezed can be a little too stiff for L and her little hands and she gets frustrated at not being able to do things herself. No such problem with these dolls. The majority of the doll is very hard but the tummy is really easy to squeeze and L soon got the hang of getting her doll to blow bubbles under water. She did struggle getting it kaufen silvitra to blow water through the snorkel at first but it just needed to take on a bit more water before it could get going properly.

L spent a good half hour playing in the bath with this doll and taking her ‘swimming’ and with an rrp of £14.99 I’d say it’s definitely worth the money. Once you’ve squeezed the water back out, the material of the swimsuit means this toy drys pretty quickly too so she can continue to play with it outside of the bath.

Bloopies Bath Dolls are available to buy from most toy retailers.

  4. My daughter would probably love something like this doll – she’s finally got to the stage where she doesn’t totally hate taking a bath anymore and actually likes playing with bath toys. #ablogginggoodtime

  5. Oh this looks like a fun toy. My girls often want to take their dolls in the bath but I’m a little more reluctant with dolls that aren’t designed to go in water so they would love something like this. Looks like L had a wonderful time playing with her doll. #ablogginggoodtime
