Welcome back to the weekly #funseekingkids round-up post. This is where I will share my  4 favourite photos linked up to mine and Susie’s (This Is Me Now) Instagram Community. If you missed the launch post and have no idea what I’m talking about you can read it here: #funseekingkids – A New Instagram Community.

First off I want to say a huge thank you to Susie for covering for me last week while I was on holiday. It was really great to be able to completely switch off for a whole week but I have really enjoyed getting back into the swing of things today by looking through all the amazing pictures that have been linked up. We are tantalisingly close to 5k now! Here are my four favourites from the past week:

"Fairies are invisible and inaudible just like Angels. But their Magic sparkles everywhere." I love black and white photos but my IG is normally full of colour. However I have been playing with some photo editing and thought jeez how can I not share this one of my gorgeous little fairy. Speaking of which over on the blog today I'm sharing the reveal video from Alyssas birthday when she first came out and saw her amazing Fairy Cottage from @wingreenplayhouses You dont want to miss it as her face is a picture! – – – #lionessmama #thismamaloves #worldoflittles #littlefierceones #happylittlebuttons #littlelivelaughlove #lifewithkids #fairy #ukparentbloggers #puddingposes #childsplay #mydarlingmemory #countrykidsfun #funseekingkids #cameramama #celebrate_childhood #joyfulmamas #imagination #rememberingthesedays #amomentinmotherhood #perfectandproud #noordinarykids #myhappycapture #lifecloseup #freespiritedchildhood #totsphoto #tribalchat #todaysmomentintime #coolmumclub #mumsnetparents

The minute I saw this one I had to include it in my round-up. Little Alyssa just looks so angelic in this photo, adorable. You can read more from Katie on her blog Mummy In A Tutu.

I love seeing how excited my two get about going to birthday parties and seeing them having fun with their friends. You can almost feel the excitement from these two in this picture as they rush off together, so cute. You can read more from Skye on her blog Cuteness and Chaos.

I was never a particularly big fan of pink growing up but over the past decade or so I have really started to love it and this photo seems to have every single shade you could think of. It’s such a pretty picture and looks like a great place to sit and eat your sweets. You can see more from Sian on her blog Hue Me Happy.

' Adventure is everywhere' – never truer when you are at a @nationaltrust property. We absolutely love our National Trust membership, in fact i'd go as far to say it's some of the best money we spend all year. There is nothing better than exploring one of their amazing sites which are brilliantly geared up for a great family day out. The girls love being outside in the fresh air, with space to roam and 'be wild' with things to discover around every corner. To me, adventuring outdoors is childhood epitomised and it's magical to watch my girls explore the world around them with wonder, whether they are building dens, climbing fences, picking up pine cones or making wishes in wells. . ~ I'm giving away a family National Trust day pass over on the blog this week – link is in my bio if you'd like to enter x ____________________________ #nationaltrust #50things #lovelifeoutside #playoutside #littleadventures #curiouslittleexplorers #letsgolittles #familyblog #giveaway #explorerkids #worldoflittles #ukexplore #wildandfreechildren #outdoorsandhappy #funseekingkids #theirwonderfulworld #freerangekids #whatevertheweatherkids #summerholidayfun #daysoutwithkids #familydays #summerdaysout

I’m pretty sure every kid loves a wishing well, there’s something so magical about them. I love how the petals floating on the surface of this one almost look like flecks of gold. You can read more from Taryn on her blog 3 Little Ladies and Me.

Finally, I wanted to share my favourite picture from Susie this week:

I love this picture of Miss Belle giving her baby brother or sister a cuddle. I have such fond memories of my son doing this when I was pregnant with his sister, it was the cutest thing.

That’s all for this week, please keep adding #funseekingkids to all your pictures of your kids having fun, we are loving seeing them all. We’ll be back again next week with another four favourites each x

  1. Great photo! I am a pink girl myself, so I love the one of the kids at the pink table. I also think the one of the two kids going to a party is so cute – I remember the excitement of going to parties (maybe that was when I had some sort of social life?! Haha). Lovely round up and great little community! #ablogginggoodtime

  4. I spotted the pink pic this week and fell in love! I’m usually only very mildly ‘girly’ and pink was never my bag (especially in the days of grunge, I think it was almost forbidden!) but I’m growing to love it. This picture just ums up summer doesn’t it?! #ablogginggoodtime
