Welcome back to the #FamilyFunLinky, the best place to share 2 of your wonderful blog posts each week and find some other amazing ones to read and share.

I hope you all had a good weekend. I’ve been feeling little run down lately but a good walk out in the countryside yesterday seems to have perked me up.

My favourite post from last week’s link-up was from Hayley at Mission Mindfulness with 5 Ways to Make Connections. This post really struck a chord with me and while it’s all things I totally agree with and think of myself as doing, I realised that I’ve actually been slipping on a couple, especially the putting down your phone and being present one. I’ve certainly been making more of an effort since reading this. Thank you so much Hayley, you can grab your featured badge below.

Before we move on to this week’s link up I’m afraid I’m going to get a little preachy. Over the past few weeks there have been a few people linking up and not only have they not been displaying the badge, even worse has been the lack of commenting on other’s posts. I’m not talking about people who may have forgotten on occasion, we all have days like that, I’m talking about the people who are deliberately link-dropping. The linky community is an amazing and supportive place, full of like-minded people helping each other out by showing each other’s posts some love. But it only works if everyone follows the rules.

For those of you who do follow the rules and haven’t been getting the comments back that you deserve we are truly sorry and hope you will stick with us while we try to sort the problem.

For those consistently ignoring the rules below, if it continues we will delete your posts and block your email address from joining in in the future.

Ok, rant over, now on with this week’s linkup:

  1. Thank you so much Alana for your kind words about my post! Very much appreciated and I’m so pleased you found it a valuable read. I love this linky and although I don’t have as much time to link up regularly these days I will always pop by when I can. xx
