Welcome back to the weekly #funseekingkids round-up post. This is where I will share my  4 favourite photos linked up to mine and Susie’s (This Is Me Now) Instagram Community. If you missed the launch post and have no idea what I’m talking about you can read it here: #funseekingkids – A New Instagram Community.

This week Susie is away on holiday so I’ve had the chance to choose all 8 favourites. I always have a hard time whittling it down to just 4 so crazily thought this week wold be much easier. Wrong! It seems like the pictures all got even more amazing this week. On first pass I had 17 absolute favourites so picking just 8 was really difficult.

This girl though ❤ I'm often asked how she manages with her hand. And until you know a child with a limb difference you just won't know how resilient and determined a little one can be. Daisy isn't unable to do anything, not that we've come across just yet anyway. She can swim unaided, dress and undress herself fully, do zips, buttons, dress her dolls, ride her scooter, ride her bike (in a fashion, sometimes she forgets how to pedal 😂) climb, hang off bars (one of her favourite tricks), climb ladders and ropes, cut up her lunch, carry more things that I ever could at once and all without thinking twice… Anyone that knows her always comments on how independent and strong willed she is!! She is a feisty one… 👆🏻

Hayley’s daughter Daisy looks so happy and confident in her swim jacket, and its such a cute design too, I’ll be looking out for something like this for L when we go on holiday this summer. Not only that though, when you read the caption below the picture, she is such an incredible young girl and such an inspiration. You can read more from Hayley on her blog The Little Things.

How amazing is this picture? Laura’s son certainly look very surprised and happy about the butterfly on his nose. You can read more from Laura on her blog Dancing Dandelions.

I love seeing my kids playing and having fun together and Charlie’s two certainly seem to be having a lot of fun here. My son also didn’t want to go back to school this week and I don’t blame him. We also had the most amazing half-term and are already on the countdown to the summer. You can read more from Charlie on her blog Mess & Merlot.

Helen’s daughter, Isabella, looks like she is loving having a ride on this bright red tractor at the local fete, and she looks like she means business too! You can read more from Helen on her blog Treasure Every Moment.

It’s always hard when friend’s move away but a pool party certainly sounds like a good send-off. And I’m in love with that donut!

This is the face of the happiest little girl in the world. We went to Walton House for the day today and after playing in the park, a picnic, walking round the grounds and lots of adventuring, we joined lots of other mummies, daddies, boys and girls paddling in the river. Or in this little madams case – splashing, sitting and stamping in the river accompanied by squeals of glee. All washed down with a big ice cream before we headed off… to sign the contracts. WE HAVE A HOUSE!! Finally. We have a house and will be moving in this weekend. Cue even more squeals… – – – #lionessmama #thismamaloves #worldoflittles #littlefierceones #happylittlebuttons #littlelivelaughlove #lifewithkids #mummylove #ukparentbloggers #puddingposes #mytinymoment #mydarlingmemory #countrykidsfun #funseekingkids #cameramama #riverfun #joyfulmamas #toddlertales #rememberingthesedays #amomentinmotherhood #perfectandproud #daysout #myhappycapture #lifecloseup #freespiritedchildhood #totsphoto #tribalchat #todaysmomentintime #coolmumclub #wiltshire

Katie’s daughter Alyssa looks like she is having a whale of a time splashing around in the water in this photo, and with the hot days we had last week don’t you just wish you could be a kid again and cool off like this? You can read more from Katie on her blog Mummy in a Tutu.

It’s always hard when our kid’s are out of sorts so it’s great to see that Lucy’s gorgeous little girl is back to her happy self again, and this picture is just cuteness personified. You can read more from Lucy on her blog Real Mum Reviews.

Hayley’s twins certainly know how to cool off in the sun. I love this perfectly times action shot, you can almost here the squeals! You can read more from Hayley on her blog Mission: Mindfulness.

Finally, I wanted to share my favourite picture from Susie this week:

As I mentioned earlier, Susie and her family are away on holiday this week and it certainly looks like it got off to a great start. My little girl would LOVE a trip to Peppa Pig World so I can’t wait to hear all about it when Susie gets back.

That’s all for this week, please keep adding #funseekingkids to all your pictures of your kids having fun, we are loving seeing them all. We’ll be back again next week with another four favourites each x

  1. Ooh these are some fab photos! I love your #funseekingkids community! It’s just so lovely to see children having fun and being themselves. The butterfly photo is just so perfectly timed and the description on the little girl at the top really moved me and reminded me of my own little girl who overcomes so many obstacles on a daily basis. A great round up! #sharingthebloglove
