Welcome back to the weekly #funseekingkids round-up post. This is where I will share my  4 favourite photos linked up to mine and Susie’s (This Is Me Now) Instagram Community. If you missed the launch post and have no idea what I’m talking about you can read it here: #funseekingkids – A New Instagram Community.

How are we all today? Can you believe it’s February already?! Hopefully that means Winter will start to loosen its grip a little and we’ll see some brighter days from now on.

This week’s pictures are full of cuteness and some excellent facial expressions so even if the weather doesn’t improve these should brighten your day.

They may have been giving their poor mum a rough time of it but this photo is just full of so much fun. You can catch more from Jo on her blog Organised Jo.

What a great action shot. The look on little Lewy’s face says it all really, Happy Birthday little man.

I survived my weekend of solo parenting. Just. One highlight was a muddy country walk to test out the girls’ new rain macs from @alexandalexacom (I always drool over @meetthewildes beautiful photos from their Alex and Alexa shoots – if you’re after more kids outfit inspo head to Amber’s feed 👌😍). As you can see from these photos, Effie took her role as mac model very seriously 😂. The rest of our weekend involved a trip to the cinema (Effie lasted 30 mins before falling asleep), a girls’ night in (pizza and movie) and a rather hairy trip to Tesco. I’m not sure I’d say I bossed the whole experience but the house didn’t fall down, no one was injured and we made it to the end of the weekend all still friends, mostly. This weekend it’s Si’s turn as I’m skipping off to Manchester for a hen do. Is it bad that the bit I’m most excited about is the five hour solo train journey with no one to keep me company but my book?! 😂 #alexandalexa #motherhoodalive #motherhoodwingingit #funseekingkids #snaplovegrow

Celebrating her birthday in style, that cake looks like it’s going down a treat! You can catch more from Kate on her blog Counting to Ten.

The light in this photo is stunning and captures such a precious moment so beautifully. You can catch more from Helen on her blog Treasure Every Moment.

These may just be the cutest costumes being modelled in the cutest way ever. You can catch more from Amanda on her blog Mummy 2 Twindividuals.

Finally, I wanted to share my favourite picture from Susie this week:

Technically this photo wasn’t added to #funseekingkids but the minute I saw it I had to add it here, I mean, how cute is this little guy?!

That’s all for this week, please keep adding #funseekingkids to all your pictures of your kids having fun, we are loving seeing them all. I’ll be back again next week with another eight favourites x

  1. Your community is really growing. Well done Alana. I love these round up posts but don’t always have time to comment. So here I am! I love the little boys face (Lewy) in his ski wear. He looks so joyful and happy! What a cracking shot. I love the positivity in all these photos. Lovely. #thesatsesh

  6. #thesatsesh A nice round up of peoples feeds, i usually pinch a IG name or two to follow – there is something seriously indulgent about finding a new IG crush feed to follow (usually for me of random things like doors or flowers lol)
