Welcome back to the weekly #funseekingkids round-up post. This is where I will share my 4 favourite photos linked up to mine and Susie’s (This Is Me Now) Instagram Community. If you missed the launch post and have no idea what I’m talking about you can read it here: #funseekingkids – A New Instagram Community.
How are you all enjoying the “Beast from the East’ so far? It started off quite laughable didn’t it but Wednesday morning we woke up to 6 or 7 inches of snow and the temperature wasn’t above -4°C all day. It meant M got his first ever snow day, so he was very happy! It’s set to get worse here but wherever you are in the country I hope you’re safe and warm.
UPDATE: Susie will be returning next week!!!!
Now on to this week’s round-up.
How cool are these jet packs?! I love all the amazing crafts Jade does with her boys. You can find more on her blog Raw Childhood.
Er Cora, it says 'smile…' 🤣🤣 Maybe she knows it's Monday tomorrow! Although twin.papa.po has the day off tomorrow yaaayyy so extra adventures for us (and an extra pair of hands 💪) 😁😁 We went into town for a spot of shopping and ended up staying there for hours 🤣 Bumped into the lovely @florence.and.the.fox – anyone else feel like they're meeting a celebrity when they meet someone they've followed on Instagram for ages?! 🤣🙊🙈Anyway hope you've all had a lovely weekend 😊
I love this one so much. The pairing of that face with the word she’s holding is hilarious. We have a similar on of L where she’s wearing a smile sticker from the dentist but the look on her face couldn’t be further from smiling. You can catch more from Hannah on her blog Hannah and The Twiglets.
I don’t think any words are needed for this one! You can catch more from Julie on her blog Picking Up Toys.
Why not indeed! Love the look on her face.
Such a beautiful photo. This guy looks like he’s been having great fun in the garden enjoying some rare sunshine. You can catch more from Annie on her blog Mama Willmot.
I love how he’s really getting in there. My youngest refuses to wear her gloves too then screams and cries about them being cold. They’ll learn eventually. maybe. You can catch more from Helen on her blog Talking Mums.
Another great happy photo enjoying some much needed sunshine. Fingers crossed it returns again soon. You can catch more from Wendy on her blog Naptime Natter.
I love the splash of red against all that white, stunning. You can catch more from Briony on her blog Any Way To Stay At Home

Finally, I wanted to share my favourite picture from Susie this week:
This Little Man thought he’d mark the 8 week milestone by giving me an 8 hour stretch last night! 🙌 Not sure what’s been wrong as he’s been unsettled for a good few days but he clearly tired himself out and seems a bit happier today. Hurrah! Poor guy doesn’t realise he’s got his first jabs later though. 😢
This little guy is soooo cute with that little smile. How is he eight weeks old already?!
That’s all for this week, please keep adding #funseekingkids to all your pictures of your kids having fun, we are loving seeing them all. Both Susie and I will be back again next week with another four favourites each x
