Welcome back to the weekly #funseekingkids round-up post. This is where I will share my  4 favourite photos linked up to mine and Susie’s (This Is Me Now) Instagram Community. If you missed the launch post and have no idea what I’m talking about you can read it here: #funseekingkids – A New Instagram Community.

Welcome back to the 38th #funseekingkids.

I have two bits of news for you this week. First, this will be the last #funseekingkids of 2017. Second, this will be Susie’s last #funseekingkids until after she has her baby! Such an exciting time, I’m sure you’ll all join me in wishing Susie all the best.

I will be on holiday straight after Christmas so #funseekingkids will return on 18th Jan and Susie will rejoin us once she has spent some quality time with the new baby and settling into life as a family of four. I will pick 8 photos each week instead of the usual four so that you still have an equal chance of your picture being featured.

Right, on to this week. I can’t believe Christmas is just a few short days away. I see from some of your posts that some schools have broken up already but ours don’t break up till tomorrow. Just as well as I am totally not prepared yet, how about you?

Here are my favourites from this week:

I love this photo so much, it really did make me LOL. My daughter heard me and came to take a look and now she really wants a pair of these glasses too. You can catch more from Andrea on her blog Topsy Turvy Tribe.

How beautiful is this skirt? I can’t blame her for wanting to get dressed up to go to the garden centre, I think L would want to wear this skirt everywhere. You can catch more from Kate on her blog The Less Refined Mind.

I’ve seen some pretty amazing winter photos this past couple of weeks but this one is truly stunning and would make a perfect Christmas card. You can catch more from Kelly on her blog Bringing Up Georgia.

While the last picture looked like a Christmas card, this one looks like a still from a Christmas movie. Just a girl and her huskie ready to save Christmas. You can catch more from Dawn on her blog Dear Mummy.

A big thank you to everyone who took part. You can check out Susie’s favourites over on her blog This Is Me Now. Please also click on the pictures and share the love by giving these amazing Instagramers a follow.

Finally, I wanted to share my favourite picture from Susie this week:

One of the main reasons I love our Victorian house is because the high ceilings mean we can have a pretty big Christmas tree, but this one is something else. Look how tiny Miss Belle looks next to it!

And that’s it. Time to bid farewell to #funseekingkids for the next four weeks. This will also be my last post  for at least three weeks while I enjoy some much needed down time with the family. I hope you all have an amazing Christmas and new year and I’ll see you again in 2018.
